B&B FLORALIA is located in the historical center of Florence, 20 metres from the Duomo, near all the other most important monuments of the city and the railway station of Santa Maria Novella. It offers a good and family accomodation for your holiday in Florence and the staff will be very glad to help you in all yours needs.
All the bedrooms have private bathroom inside, and one has a private bathroom (exclusive use) outside nearby the room, all have centralized heating, adjustable electric shovels on the ceiling, digital lcd television and free wi fi; they overlook on our private internal court and one bedroom overlook on the tipical and historical street of Borgo San Lorenzo; in this bedroom we have recently put in the windows doubles glass for your sleep.
The cleaning is made every day.
In a small room you'll find to your disposition a computer with free internet service and at the reception free package and map of the city.
We offers a tipical italian breakfast in the big room near the room of the computer.
To your arrival we'll give to you the keys so you can move to your liking without respecting any time of reentry.
Finally it will be our care to signal you some typical Restaurants to make you taste the best fiorentine specialties at contained prices.
The price of the bedroom include breakfast, the forniture of sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, and phon; include also the use of computer, wireless connection, and the cleaning.
According to the City Council resolution n. 230/33 of 06/20/2011, from July 1st the City of Florence will introduce the tourism tax, applied to non-residents overnight staying, for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.
The tourism tax rate is Euro 1,00 for night for person, and it is not applied to:
•children (up to 10 years old);
•people, who provide assistance to patients in hospital, max one each patient
•people/family, who provide assistance to underage patients in hospital, max two each patient.
This tax is not included in the price of the room and it must directly be versed during the stay to the b&b.

What a fantastic B&B! Silvia and Sabino made our stay fantastic - they really care about their guests and it shows! Hostel kept amazingly clean. Very spacious, in a terrific location. However, the windows are very thin and the hostel faces a busy street...therefore, bring earplugs! (or you wont be getting much sleep). Highly recommended to stay here!

The hosts were kind, friendly, helpful, informative, responsive to my individual needs. Very clean place. Great location in the heart of Florence. Would have liked a desk and chair in my room, but there was a double bed and no space for a desk. I was offered to sit in the breakfast room to work on my laptop, but my adapter plug would not fit correctly into their sockets (?). The other drawback was the mattress was very thin, which made the bed hard. Breakfast was very generous Italian continental, but I need protein so I went to another place to eat breakfast. For the price I would stay here again, but if I had more money I would stay somewhere a bit more cushy. Lovely, lovely owners though.

Florelia is in a perfect position - right in the centre of Florence, round the corner from the Duomo - this can make it a bit noisy at night when you're trying o sleep, but I found it fine. There's only one bathroom, which can be problematic, but the friendliness of Sabina and Sylvia, and the colourful decorations make up for that.We had a lovely stay here and I would definitely go back!

This is a very nice, clean and pretty decorated place. The location is perfect and centrally located. Breakfast is also good. The owner is very nice and warm welcome. We really recommend this place for anyone who want to explore Florence in short period. You can easily find everything from this place.

The location of this B&B is superb, it's just off the main piazza and in a street where there are plenty of restaurants and it is walking distance from the train station.
The decor of the place is very bright and could bring out a smile in the grumpiest of people.
The only complaint is that my room had a window into the laundry room. It would have been nice to have seen the outside.

I found the staff to be very welcoming, helpful and actually interested in you...the position was tops, I found myself right in the heart of everything, so much life, it was great!! Apart from my bed being a lil 'springy' ...I found my stay to be a very relaxing one and I would definately recommend it to others:)
