Very nice people working there, helpful at anytime. They also work with good trusting people for your travels and tours around the city, Machu Picchu, and other places you might want to visit and need guidance for. Do try to avoid staying there during prom trips -- it gets loud and is hard to sleep. We have stayed there each trip to Cusco since 1996 (at least once a year).
