Good value accommodation in an ideal location stayed here in 2007 -- booked via internet no problem. picked up at airport on time. slight mix up with room on arrival though all was fine. this is asia. room quite clean and comfortable though the "you can watch the sun come up over the lake" was a bit of a stretch. apart from the minor hitches I had a great time here. number one being the friendliness/helpfulness of Mrs.Moon and her staff. though fantastically central the small advices regarding Hanoi and assistance with onward booking of trains and hotels was much appreciated. highly recommend this hotel and would stay here when back in Hanoi. — glenn , australia (2008-02-02)
