We have 3 rooms with shared bathroom, one single, one twin and 1 double. Each room has freeview tv, tea and coffee making facilities and free wi fi. Each room also has it own sinks and desk and chair. If you would like breakfast it is charged at an extra GBP 5 per person, it is not included in the room rate.
Situated opposite the Vinery Road Park and in a very quiet position away from the main road. The owners pride themselves in offering great value for money services which includes full dining facilities choice of English or Continental breakfast which really is a challenge to the heartiest of diners and guests.

Very friendly lady, making a very good breakfast. You can really fell at home. It´s a pity that it is outside the center when you don`t have a car. But there?s a bus station not far away. We`d like to stay there again.
