Description
We opened it for the first time in the center of Seoul in August 2000 when there were few low-priced accommodations for individual and foreign backpackers who wanted to make a trip to Korea. And as of 2003, we have three branches of Jong-no, Hongdae and Incheon that are being operated in accordance with the feature of each region.
The Guest House Korea is not only a lodging facility, but also a place where foreign backpackers and Korean young people can share freely things such as culture & language . We're now co-operating with Club backpackers who is the community at the internet that is voluntarily striving for the introduction of many things of Korea and for cultural exchange.
We provide the dormitory and the single rooms and double/twin rooms with private bathroom and with air-conditioning, TV lounge, VCR, cable TV, hot showers, free breakfast, coffee & tea, internet service, private Locker, Information about Korea, etc.
Also here, are young Korean volunteers who enjoy together Korean culture, society etc. with guests.
We have three branches(guesthouse Korea Jong-no, Hong-dae, incheon branch), we are the main branch of the three branches.
Experience Korean Culture- In Guesthouse, we give you opportunities to learn about Korean Culture through various activities such as Kimchi making party, Samkyupsal(Pork) party, beer party, making other Korean food etc. Once you become our family, you will find it hard to leave Korea. Be ready for countless parties thrown in a friendly atmosphere, unique to the Guesthouse.

Location pretty good, staff try their best to help. Rooms a bit dingy. Overall, pretty good value for money.

Not so clean and some of the furniture were broken. I also had some problems with paying. The staff didn´t get that I already paid 10% via hostelbookers, so I paid it twice. Good location though.

The location is great, actually I didn't realize till later that I'm in a great location, would saved my self a lot of metro tickets if I knew early. Also the rooms are superb when we talk about hostels, bathroom is very new with ALWAYS hot water, floor heating system. you get your own bathroom (for private rooms), refrigerator and TV. In the lounge there are 2 PCs connected to the Internet, a mini-bar with prices almost the same as regular bars in the city. You get free breakfast (that I didn't try). There is drinking water for free, shelves of books and a GREAT staff.I didn't try any other hostel in Korea, but differentially when I come back to Seoul, I would stay here without even searching for other place (promising to keep the same great prices).
