2 Deceptive advertising using SIX names!
I was wrong, as I thought this hotel only used five names. The others are Ha Noi Central Hotel, Ha Noi Lotus Hotel, Ha Noi Riverside Hotel, New Stars Hotel, A to Z Backpacker Hotel. For my opinion of this hotel look under A to Z Backpacker Hotel. The hotel denies using any name other than Ha Noi Lotus Hotel - except it has New Stars painted on its front door and it advertises in various reservation systems using ALL the above names CURRENTLY. I suggest that potential guests walk on by. (I inspect hotels)

1 We would not recommend this hotel to anyone after our recent experience there. My girlfriend and I were given a three-bed room at the top of the hotel and were happy with the staff and the cheap price. However, this changed when we came back to the hotel at near midnight to be informed that despite having paid for the three-bed room, all our belongings had been taken to a small windowless room, while we were out so that the room could be given to three guys who were willing to pay more. We were unhappy that staff had entered our room while we were out and had piled all our things, which included sopping wet clothes into our rucksacks. They then let us into the three-bed room unattended to check that nothing of ours had been left in there. The staff (who were a bunch of teenagers) refused to apologise for touching our belongings without permission and when we asked for our room to be discounted as it was much smaller and grottier than the three-bed room we were told that "we were lucky to have a room at this price as they could easily fill it with Vietnamese men who bring back pretty women in the night!" The teenage boys then threatened to throw us out at 1 a.m. unless we accepted this room. We were disgusted and promptly left early the next morning. On countless occasions we asked to speak to the manager about this incident but were threateningly warned that we should not talk to anyone about this.
