All together there are six apartments to rent (even dorm rooms). All rooms are comfortable, have balkons and are kept clean, so that our customers are happy and pleased. The location is near the Old city, also there are a lot of Discoteques, Caffe bars, Night clubs nearby, which offer you an unforgetable night-life experience. There are many different restaurants in this part of the city - fish restaurants, pizzerias, national specialties and even more.
If you prefer to do sports, there is a big sports center (Bačvice). For travelers, who prefer to see some of the history of Split, "Dioklecijanova palača" waits for your visit. So do other museums, galleries, churches, and other interessting architecture.
Split is a port, so if you intend to visit the islands (Hvar, Brač, Korčula) nearby, it's a perfect location to start from. Actually, the whole Adriatic is accessible by passing through Split.

This accommodation actually consists of three buildings next to each other and depending on when you arrive also seems to depend on where you get put. The buildings are located in what seems to be a quiet residential area.
The actual interior of the buildings is in great condition. the accommodation is clean and has a bright atmosphere. The area consists of a flat with a communal entrance with 4 rooms coming off to the side. One of these rooms is a shared living area with kitchen, fridge, dining table, sofa and a TV.
The rooms were singles, doubles and triples though other sizes are avaliable. The lines is clean as are the rooms. The double and Triple have a balcony which you can use with table and chairs and washing line.
The bathroom is clean and the shower has plently of hot water!
The accommodation is run by one woman and her immediate family. She is friendly and helpful in providing what you require for your stay in Split such as booking early morning taxi's etc.
The only downside to this place is the location. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into the old town of Split which is where all the action is. There is a bus (Bus 18) that you can catch from the old town for 3 stops that takes you close to the accommodation.
Overall if you don't mind a walk into town it is a great place to stay in Split! — Emma , Australia (2006-08-04)
