We received very exellent service at hotel Akdeniz which is situated in a very good location with access to tramways, restauraunts (McDonalds, Sultan Cafe and an Indian restaurant -- Dubb), mosques, and shops. Hotel has brilliant facillities such as air con, mini refrigirator, TV, en-suite bathroom and even does breakfast in the morning. Staff are very friendly, and speak English. The hotel is clean and bright with modern fixtures and fittings and in particular cheaply priced. We can fully recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.
