The building is spread out over three levels facing the sea,with the lobby and reception on the top level and the swimming pool on the lower level.
It is stone washed white in the style of the Cycladic island.
Rooms are decorated in the traditional style of Santorini with bright stone washed walls,built in stone bed bases and wooden furniture complemented by pastel colored soft furnishings.Many rooms also feature the traditional vaulted celling of the cave style accommodation of the area.Rooms facilities include : telephone,air conditioning,refrigerator,hair dryer balcony or terrace with sea view.
The restaurant is medium to large in size,decorated in traditional style and offers both in and outdoor seating overlooking the sea and the beautiful sunset of Oia.The specialty is traditional style local and Greek dishes.We can organized your wedding reception.

This property is situated in the small village of Finikia which is located at the entrance of Oia village( 15-20 min by walk).It is situated at the top of a hill which runs down to the sea,giving the property fabulous sea views.The hotel has its own restaurant higly recommended.The airport is twenty minutes away and Fira town 15 minutes by car.
The hotel is open for summer season from :1st of April and we close 31st of October.
The studio also dispose tea and coffee maker, while baby cots are also provided upon request (free of charge).Our reception is open from 08:00 am to 23:00pm,unless advise for an early or late arrival.As it can be difficult to find a taxi upon arrival in Santorini,we can book a taxi to meet you at the airport or the port,and the faire is payable to the driver directly which is about 25 euro.

Very nice and clean place and staff. But the Hotel doesn't provide pick-up service and it takes around 20~25 mins to walk from Oia's center to the hotel. In fact, you can take bus from Oia' center to Finikia but we don't know it so we just walked to the place with very heavy luggage and under the super strong sunshine, very tiring!! The other problem is the local resident cannot speak in English. "Finikia" is a place' name, but "Finikia's place" is the hotel's name. The hotel, "Finikia' place", is located in Finikia. When we asked for direction, the local people gave us a wrong way to "Finikia" but to the hotel and make us get lost totally. We were exhausted at that time. The notice for you is don't forget you can take bus from Oia's center to "Finikia's place". You can just tell the bus driver the destination, "Finikia" and ask him inform you at which stop to get off.

Although it is not located in Oia, the location is super, walking distance and on the bus route Oia-Fira, with a busstop very close. The sunsets can be viewed from the hotel, what is not the case for caldera view hotels in Oia. The restaurant has very good food, and a great view on the lower side of the island. The swimming pool is a welcoming addition to the complex, so is the free internet. A beautiful oasis, super value for money.

i looooooved the room and the price! i stayed in a triple suite and it was a lovely lovely room and very nicely decorated. we definitely got a lot for our money. finikia is kind of far away from the "city center," but i enjoyed being out of the crowds (it's best to have a rented car or some way to get out there). the maids were very friendly, however the hostesses were not so much. the place definitely seems more directed for older people/couples. the kitchen was not well-equipped (as promised) and requests for internet, tv, and more kitchen supplies were not always well received. i really loved the place though and would definitely suggest it if you're looking to relax!!!
