This was a great, quiet little hotel about ten minutes from the train station. It's not far! Just a couple stops on the tram, then you have to walk down a really charming, tree-lined street to get there. The lady at the front desk was so sweet, let us leave our bags with her until our room was ready. The rooms were super clean, there is a wardrobe and a sink/mirror, they even give you face towels. There was only one computer that we could see and it was in the middle of the stairwell! There is a lockout time, but they give you a key, just don't lose it! There is a nice common room upstairs with a small library, but as it was winter the hotel was pretty dead. otherwise the reading room could have been a nice place to meet people! The bathrooms were very small and could have been cleaner, honestly. We didn't use the shower so I have no opinion on that. The breakfast was good, cheese and meat, coffee and ovomaltine, included in the price. I would definitely recommend this hotel, even if it's not the cheapest, it's very nice and a great value for switzerland! I will revisit them if i am ever in Luzern again.
