Hdies under another name, too! This hotel uses Ha Noi Hostel No. I as well.
My experience is that where a hotel uses more than one name - in a given language - it is trying to hide problems. — Jay H , Canada (2007-09-24) Becareful of thei tours.! My friend and I booked a tour within the hotel through the 'very friendly and helpful' Manager Michael,only to find ourselves ripped off by an large amount of US dollars. When we tried to confront staff about this no one could help and was impossible to contact him !? Co-incidentally the owner of the hotel was out of the country also....We are still trying to get our money back...I am most disappointed and will never recommend this ocean stars hotel to anyone. If anything I will be warning people. in hanoi there are many good places to stay for about $8 or $10 Don't stay here to have your money stolen. — "I will never stay here again (2006-09-24) This is great value for money. The people running the hotel are friendly and never too pushy to sell you a trip. Rooms are extremely clean and new beds in all rooms. I would highly recommended it to anybody. — Cait (2006-05-26)
