Offering breaktfast for hotel guests is almost 'Standard' everywhere. But I was very suprised that this Hotel offers only two breakfast tickets for each room and kids are not free! We paid $700,000 VN /day and our kids have to pay for their breakfast? I know that 15,000 $vn/ticket is NOTHING to us (Viet-Kieu).But I just don't feel comfortable with this service and it's not a good publicity for the Hotel either! Two of our families stayed in two seperate rooms (#311 & #400) during the second and third week of July, 2006 and one of them (#311 VIP) smells so badly throughout the room due to toilet plumbing clogged that we had to call for urgent service or move! Comparing The 3-star Dai-Nam Hotel in HCM City, I'd give this Hotel a 2 Star Rating and a lot yet to be improved! The Hotel Buildings look great but they don't match at all with those 'Garden of Grass' ! I can't imagine how they cut the grass with those sprinkler heads sticking out of ground like that!
