5  Excellent great place to stay. It is a bit out of the main part of town, but that was fine, it was an easy walk to the Guggenheim along the river. Nice view, the Wi-Fi was wonderful, and the breakfast was huge. I'd stay here if I ever came back to Bilbao. Very friendly staff and great facilities.  , USA ()
3  The room was fine (but no bath or safe like it says on this website), the staff were friendly (except they spoke very fast spanish even after I had said I only spoke a little spanish -- I got used to it though), and the free breakfast was the best we'd had from a hostel. The only downside is that it is not that central, and a nightmare to find if you are arriving by night. If you are planning on getting to the train station after dark, get a taxi (not because its not safe -- it is just quite hard to find since the road it is on doesn't seem to be on many maps of the city).  ()
