I visited Paris with my fifteen-year-old niece Allie in February 2006 and stayed in this hotel for four nights. The room was small by American standards (but we were there for vacation and didn't spend too much time in the room). The room was very, very clean and there was always plenty of hot water and towels for showers. The front desk/reception area personnel were extremely helpful and spoke English. The staff helped us with booking tours and were very accommodating, helpful, and polite to all our needs and requests. Outside the hotel there was easy access to the subway and there was always plenty of taxis to take us to the world famous destinations.
