Great budget guesthouse
K.S. House is now under new ownership and management is being cleaned up. There is free Wi-Fi Internet in every room with your Laptop. Charlie, the new owner, is very helpful and knowledgeable about airfare ticketing. He has more than fifteen years' experience working in a travel agency. Ask him to help you buy cheap ticket from Bangkok to any part of the world.

Bad idea, dirty, rubbish food, bed bugs, no hot water in some rooms. Stay somewhere else.

The rooms are filthy, the beds uncomfortable, no toilet paper was provided and they do not accept credit/debit cards, as their description states The food is good and most of the staff are friendly — so friendly that my husband went downstairs to purchase a beer and a member of staff asked if he wanted to spend the night in her room!!! Otherwise it's in a good location for Khoa San Road if you can bear the traffic; it's still quite noisy there.
