Everything was ok despite one big problem - the smell. We lived on the 3rd floor (3person room with bathroom) and the stink (mustiness) was really, really bad.
+ air condition was not working in our room - it was tough in the night even in september.
BUT
The room was clean, stuff was v. polite, and it was really close to the subway (around 10 min to DATEO with 1 train change)

Nice and helpfull staff. Nearby goes busses and trams to central station ans town centre. There is also commuter/local train stop next to hotel, NOT metro stop. But those trains goes to that kind of stops where you can change train to metro. You can use same ticket to local train, metro, bus or tram. Easy :)

This is a good hotel. The location is not great since you need to take the bus to go anywhere. its a 15mins ride to the city center.
The wifi doesn't work on the 2nd floor and you'll need to pay an extra 5 euros to use it.
The breackfast is good but the coffee is very bad.

Quite a nice hotel, the position is not bad - across the road fronm Dateo station. You can get to the city center with one change in 4 train stops. The only thing - the shower cabin is unbearably small.

Not bad place but with few minuses.
To get to the room which we received, you had to go through inner courtyard. Probably it was one of the worst in hotel and was rather dump. Our cloths which were wet on our arrival didn't get dry even after 2 days. In the evening it was loud as people were smoking and chatting on courtyard and in the door there was a piece of cardboard to give us some privacy.

Superb location - 10 min to the Duomo. Cleaniness is not the strongest in the hotel. Weird smell in the rooms. Otherwise - good value for money.

They guy that runs this place is quite dry and unhelpful. It's a decent walk to the heart of Milan but the trams are just around the corner and are handy for getting their. The area the hotel is in is quite cute and worth exploring. Ithad little markets up the street.
