I booked this apart as I wanted a balcony when staying in Barcelona on 5/10/06 and the advert stated room with balcony. The advert has since been amended to stateroom with window or balcony. When we arrived I was given a room/dungeon with bars on the window with no privacy. The man in charge was very unhelpful and not nice at all and would not listen to our point of view. It spoilt our holiday and would certainly never stay there again.
