You feel like in home (better) everybody at the hotel will help you solve every detail of your trip. From train tickets to a hair dryer, or a electricity convertor for your camera(outlets in Peru are different) to you laundry. Give them a call in advance or send them an e-mail and they will help you plan your trip. They will pick you up from the airport free of charge. After staying there in Cusco I went to the Marriot in Lima. I missed Cusi Wasi.
