Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are free of charge until 2 days before the arrival date. Just in case the reservation was cancelled after that time or you didn’t come to the hotel (No-Show), we would charge the 1st night stay as cancellation penalty.

Except during the period of Holy Week (from 28/03/10 – 04/04/10) and April Fair (from 19/04/10- 25/04/10) when we will charge on your credit card the first night of the stay as a deposit of your booking. The reservation can be cancelled with the refund of the deposit at least 15 days before arrival day. If it were cancelled after that time, the deposit would not be refunded.
