Excellent location, not far from Nanba, and on the loop line, just next to Shin Imamiya station. It's convenient, easy access to whole of Osaka. Has a Japanese baths, and the front desk being staffed 24/7 is good. Very secure.Rooms have a TV and fridge, and the beds are comfy, rooms have air conditioning. Has wifi internet connection, plus they had a car park (which I got charged a little for).

Excellent transport links (literally right outside the door are entrances to the Subway and JR), great value for money considering you get a private room, and plenty of facilities like free internet, TV, air con and a fridge in the room.

I was very happy about how close it was to public transport, it was super easy to get around. It was a very easy hostel to find, even at 11pm in a city which you are not familiar with.

There are loads of similar hostel/ hotels around the shin-imamiya station area. The location is excellent - very close to spa world and the station (Osaka loop line)! The showers were much better than hotel mikiado in that there were 2 private (western style) showers on the lobby floor. There were also 3 comunal showers in the hot bath area where u sit butt naked on a stool and shower japanese style (as with all the hostels here!!). This comunal shower had separate times for men and women. Altogether an interesting experience.3 computers downstairs for use with drinking water. - Again the main highlight is the excellent location (if you have a JR pass or want to go to spa world).

Pros: great value, one of the cheapest places in Osaka, good location by rail and walking distance to Namba, free Internet. Cons: only 3 showers for entire hotel, very dirty showers (dead bugs on ceilings), located beside a mission, not a lot to offer in terms of facilities. You get what you pay for!

Big twin-tatami room but the matress wasn't confortable at all. The Cleanliness could be improved. Good location but many homeless and drunked people arround the neibourghood, otherwise it wasn't dangerous.

Really easy to find. Room was perfect for the price. Staff does speak a bit of English. They say they ahve internet in the rooms, but I wasnt able to connect which really sucked. Could have been my comp as there was wireless just slow so maybe you have to go down to the first floor to use it since the walls are cement...Really nice place though!! Will stay here again when I come to Osaka

For the price, I really can't think of a better place. It's really basic, but it's clean and really close to everything. Shin-Imamiya on the JR line is right there, and it's a great link to everything.

This hotel is really easy to find and easy to get to from the airport. We had a very big room (twin room 617) but I think we were lucky as most of the other rooms were tiny but the facilities here are good. The location is excellent and there is a metro station 1 minute walk away. If your room is at the back of the hotel, there will be train noise. We enjoyed staying here. There is free wi fi and internet which is a great bonus.
