One Step from St. Peter - Apartment

Absolutely Brilliant
This is truly the best place I have ever stayed in Europe. Friedrich is a brilliant host and showed us everything we needed to know to make our stay a comfortable one. The apartment is super clean and in a lovely area of Rome -- so close to the Vatican museums and a nice walk through the Vatican to get to Piazza Navona within thirty minutes at strolling pace. The solarium is one of the best bits about the apartment. We were so stunned by the view -- the basilica is so close and the view at night is unbelievable. I had such a great time and highly highly recommend this place to anyone!

Best Place I Stayed At In Europe!
Words cannot express how great my stay here was. the manager, Freidrich, is very nice and very accommodating. I needed to keep my bags stored until about 8 p.m. on my last day (checkout is around 10 a.m.) and he allowed me to keep my room key for the day since there was not another reservation for that room for that night. The Romanian lady who works there and helps out is extremely friendly too. They provide delicious food and drink for breakfast and have an all-you-can-drink espresso machine. Again, I cannot say enough good things about this place. It may cost a little more than some hostels, but it is definitely worth it! Also, they have AC in the rooms, which is a major plus if you're in Rome during the summer.

This place was clean, friendly, centrally-located, and had character. Freidrich was so nice and warm and it was just such a wonderful place. I would live there if I could.

A very special place! Unique, friendly, and very clean with an extra ordinary private terrace, from where you have a beautiful view on to the Vatican. An excellent host who is going the extra mile to make your stay unforgettable! Friedrich, an Italian, who speaks English very well will give you superb advice on what to see and how to do it the best way. I can only recommend One Step From St. Peter! One Step from St. Peter's was awesome!!! My friends and I stayed at One Step twice because we loved our first experience so much. The rooms are clean, the staff is just great, and the location is perfect. I would highly recommend One Step for anyone traveling to Rome, especially for youths traveling for the first time. You can be sure that this hostel was safe, clean, and helpful. They offer free Internet access and free breakfast too, so that was a HUGE plus. In addition to these perks the staff were also always willing to go out of their way to make our experience at their hostel, and in Rome, a memorable one. Out of all of the hostels I stayed in while I traveled around Italy for two months, One Step was by far the best across the board. So look no further! One Step is the BEST!!!
