The rooms requested were not the rooms we received. This was followed by additional charges for a dog and child (which were both documented in our online registration). Because a cot could not be moved into our room, at an additional cost, of course (please keep in mind, our reservation was for double beds), we could be upgraded to another room with a $10 per night additional charge. We requested our reservations to be cancelled, and were told that we would still need to pay for the first night. The only thing worse than this bait-and-switch routine was the way in which the owner treated my family and me. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.
