An old place, with a nice location overlooking the harbor, very close to Upper Barakka Gardens. The staff is very friendly. But for a budget traveller, 12 LM is a little too much for the tiny room, facing the interior, with views of other rooms windows. A pretty decent reakfast and bathroom included. The place is kind of dingy.
