Karosta Prison

This two-storey red brick building was built in 1900 and it has 69 cameras. Here, in dusky and narrow cells, soldiers of many armies have awaited their judgement.

The prison is available for tourists now.
On the first floor of Karosta guardhouse there is lodging for the night.
It is possible to stay overnight on real prisoners' benches and mattresses. It is good to know that the bathroom and the WC in Karosta prison is made in a real Soviet prison style.

To the most extreme tourists we offer the night show - playing a role of prisoner during harsh prison night conditions.

Staying overnight in the Karosta prison is possible only applying in advance.
