Camakila Sanctuary

Just Come back from Bali Island on 01 April 2007. This hotel has increased quality of service as well as his cleanliness. Met the Indonesian General Manager, still young, creative, a lot of ideas coming from his diamond brain. Will come back again!

Just came back from the saphir mabisa after five nights stay. The toilets were run down and not well maintained, bath tub and wash basin are choked and no effort to replace them. Bedsheets were dirty, even after they were changed. One of the keys to one of the two rooms we occupied could not be locked. It seems that this hotel does not spend any money on maintenance. I would only go there again if the room rate is perhaps $15 a night.

Just came back from Bali, had a 2 night stay at Saphir Mabisa Hotel and not very happy about it. 1st night (room 320) with a malfunction aircond (not cold at all)...2nd night (room 322) without water in the bathroom (both washing basin and bath tub)...not to mentioned that the bed is too soft causing back ache after one night sleep. All I can say is price does make a difference.
