by travel expert at Frommer's. It is recommended in the travel guide
lonely planet and others.
Restwell motel is located in the country, Transportation is required
because we are 15 minutes from downtown.
The motel rooms have small fridge, microwaves. Plus you have
acces to B.B.Q and Kitchen area. The rooms are carpet free
and very clean with newer beds. A credit card is normally required
however if you do not have one, a deposit is required of $150.
The motel is surrounded by trees/forest. It has a pool.
The motel is very quiet and is close to all major attractions such
as beach (20 min.), fundy park (50 min.) , Prince Edward Island (60 min.), Water Park (4 min) etc...
Pets/smoking are not permitted.

I stayed at the motel for 8 months from September 2006 to May 2007 while I was a student at the community college. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The area is about a 15 minute drive from the city, so there is very little noise. One thing about staying during the winter -- it can get very cold. I had to buy a heater because I could see my breath at times. The baseboard heater doesn't do squat. The air conditioner was insulated with garbage bags and duct tape, but cold air still manages to come in. You should be aware that there is no one at the motel during the winter months. The owner is available by using the phone at the front of the motel outside, but he lives in Dieppe. He only comes around to collect the rent and check people in. — Chris , Canada (2007-04-27) This hotel was charming, quiet and very comfortable, but the price I ended up paying was double of what I was quoted online.
