We stayed there last week (June '05) and it has been one of the worst places I ever visited. First of all they expected almost €600 to be handed over without anyone being shown the apartment, and it seemed to be huge trouble for someone to bring us 100m down to it. On night number one the apartment was robbed, we have no idea how they got in as there were no signs of forced entry but even after the police said that the locks should be changed it wasn't done. The downstairs door was never locked and there were junkies fixing up on the stairs. After the robbery we got no help or even understanding from the people in charge. The sofa bed was broken. It completely on a tilt and the only way to sleep on it, without the mattress falling off or the whole bed falling over, was by putting the mattress on the ground, and even so it was very uncomfortable and one of the people ended up with a sore back. There were builders upstairs who started drilling at 8AM every morning. We hadn't been told about this and wouldn't have booked if we had known. The shower was blocked and we had to wait about 10 minutes for it to empty. The floor hadn't been washed and was totally filthy. I can't stress enough what a terrible experience staying there was.
