Hotel location is wonderful, room layout good: big closet, table and comfortable chairs by the window; WiFi; bathroom, towels and linen clean - towels changed daily. Building had character- this would be a desirable boutique hotel if renovated.

The location is great. It's near everything. It's clean and definately safe and secure. It worth the price of stay. This is the second time I've stayed at the property and chances are I'll choose to stay at the property in future visits.

The location of the hotel was excellent. It was very clean. I was there with my sister and brother on a family trip. We didn't need anything special so the hotel was suitable for us. When I booked the accomodations, it was for 3 beds. Maybe it was a misunderstanding on my part but what we ended up with was a double bed and a very uncomfortable roll away bed. This hotel isn't someplace I'd stay with my boyfriend or my young child. The accomodations were sufficient but not even close to comfortable. It was very clean and the bathroom was cleaner than I expected upon entering the hotel. I saw a couple of other guests leaving the same day we did but it was obvious that the other guests did the same thing we did.....spent most of our time in the city and seeing the sights rather than in the hotel.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Close to walk to Union Sq and a few cafes/bars etc down the round. Good value for money and large comfortable rooms.

It is in a good location. The motel is not anything special, but if you have a limited budget it works. At first we were in a smaller room and after few days we found some weird little things in the bed, so the staff changed our room. The next room was much bigger and nicer. So it depends a lot which room you get. The breakfast was ok, not anything special. While we stayed there, we hardly met any other guests. Overall our experience in the hotel was ok. We pretty much got what we were expecting for this price.

Great place, great rates! Ken the hotel guy was really nice and accommodating.
