Not as anticipated We were provided a sheet upon check in which stated that the apartment building had an elevator, which was perfect since our room was on the third floor and we had large suitcases and my mom was traveling with us. When we arrived at the apartment, there was no elevator and the management made no attempt to return our phone calls. The washing machine/dry combo was a joke -- eight hours to wash and dry two pairs of jeans. There should also be some type of sign that provides instructions for the shower operation. Those of us that are not from that area, are not familiar with this type of system.
