This hotel needs an overhall facelift, pool very bleary, jaccuzi with no water, casino closed, sauna closed and personal unfriendly. We were also robbed in our room while away for 15 minutes and the door locked. They stole our lap top, our digital camera, all accessories, our cell phone and binoculars. We had 400 photos taken of our trip to Ecuador. We were at the end of our trip. We were very disapointed and sad. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you.
