Breakfast: We will be in charge of having your breakfast, hot coffee and natural fruit juice, ready early in the morning just before you go into the jungle.
Laundry: When you come back in the afternoon or night, we will have your hot shower and your bed with white and clean sheets ready for a good night sleep. We also provide service of laundry for your personal clothing.
Maid and turn down service
Our staff is prepared to provide our customers with a high level of quality and cleanliness. The bedding is changed and disinfected daily.
Parking
Private parking and security 24 hours.

Great rooms. Very large spacious and clean. Nice view of river. Great service. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again if in the area. Marked average about meeting people because it seemed like a friendly place; however, we weren't there to meet people so question should be NA

Really nice place, on the river, lovely balcony, centre of town, nice staff. lovely rooms but hot unless you have AC which is much more expensive. hostelbookers doesn´t have enough choice of hostels in Tena, there are loads of hostels there that are much cheaper (half the price of here). would definately recommend it if you´re willing to pay a bit more for a nice setting and hotel service. tip: have a daytrip to misahualli for a canoe trip and swim in river with the monkeys and locals.
