Staying with Cristina and Aurelio was an incredible experience. We not only had a wonderful time, improved our Spanish, and saw every imaginable aspect of Havana — we also came away with a deep understanding of real Cuban life. Most of that was due to the openness and friendliness of this incredible couple. We can't wait to go back.

We stayed here in February 2005. The owners are extremely nice and accommodating and are able to assist you in making bookings in other parts of Cuba, for your bus, calling taxis, etc. You will be staying in the same apartment as the owners and sharing their bathroom, but they are so friendly and helpful we didn't mind a bit.
