Excellent value with great service.
This hotel is very clean, modern, and most of all quiet. The location is great -- right in the heart of the Old Quarter and where all the action is. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great and had many choices to choose. I highly recommend Pacific Hotel.

Fine memory with Hanoi Pacific hotel. Stay in pacific hotel is pleasant one. Comfortable room, helpful staff, reasonable price, and good breakfast at buffet, it is a recommendable hotel. With helpful and friendly guide, my trip to Halon bay was really impressive one. Calm and beautiful scenery is a good escape from exciting but noisy Hanoi. Also, one of my favorite in group tour is having nice company. People from German, Hungary, Netherlands, and Poland. I have many new friends in these countries now. Catba island still new for tourist with nice beaches and fine trekking course is my another favorite. Try it and have fun.
