L'Incanto di Roma B&B

Easily the best place we stayed in Europe! Felt like a home away from home when we stayed here in August 2006. There was free internet, clean bathrooms, excellent cooking facilities, super comfortable beds, a television in each room, and on top of that -- there was free tea and coffee all day, and breakfast (juice, cereal, croissants, biscottes, jam, honey, nutella) was included! What a superb place! Laura is an excellent host, and this was such a warm, comfortable place to stay.

Good location. We walked everywhere with ease. The area is safe and well lit at night. Rooms: our double room was large, clean, with small window onto Via Collina. Furniture was of a good standard. Bathrooms: shared, two between all rooms. Facilities were old and are not professionally finished but were very clean. Lovely powerful hot shower! Kitchen: fridge to share, cooker, lots of utensils/plates etc. Breakfast: if you have read the guesthouse's website you will be expecting breakfast on a grand scale (www says fruit juices, coffee, cereals etc etc etc) and will therefore be disappointed. Breakfast is biscuits, jam and instant coffee, which you make yourself. However, it is easy enough to find the supermarket and stock up on what you want. Extras: very warm welcome by Laura - we arrived around 1 am and she made an effort to be at the B&B to show us round. Laura's sister, Michela, is very friendly too. Free internet use. Good eating places nearby. Towels included. We were able to leave our luggage after checkout until our bus took us back to the airport. Would fully recommend L'incanto di Roma. Bargain for the money!!!

This B&B is very good! Laura is very nice. Breakfast is okay, in a bar next door. If I had to come back I would go here again.

This place was very beautiful and had very clean rooms. We stayed here for five nights and had a wonderful time. The location is excellent: it's on a very nice street with small shops and restaurants. It's quiet and only a short distance to the Metro. Laura and Michaela are very friendly! Breakfast is in a bar next door — coffee and pastry.

This B&B is fantastic. It's in the center of Rome, and the rooms are beautiful. Laura and Michela, the two sisters who run the place, are very nice!
