Not bad at all. In fact, I loved it! I would like to take this opportunity to inform everybody that Hotel Windsor is a safe and clean hotel with nice staff. My youngest son and nanny stayed there for a week as they need to be out of SG for five days. Of course they will serve the typical Indonesian breakfast. (I like.) Give them a break! The service that they render and their facilities is just right for the low charges they have. To sum it all, I am very pleased with your service and facilities. I suggest this place to all my friends and they like it. Keep this up! — SHEILA BALIGNASA , PHILIPPINES (2009-04-27) Average Used to be a comfortable hotel, quite affordable. i stayed there almost every 2 months once. But now its expensive compared to last time and new staff are not that friendly and helpful like previously in 2007-2008. The breakfast is not that interesting, there's not much selection. I suggest they should create new menus for guest who stays there to have their breakfast in the morning. I hope they will do something to change otherwise the hotel might not be a No 1 best hotel in Nagoya! — Yana , Singapore (2009-03-26) Disappointed This place has deteriorated recently. My husband and I have stayed here since about when they first opened a few years ago. Lately, they have implemented some shocking practices that have made this place just unbearable. Plus, they are not that cheap anymore. Many other hotels around the area are much cheaper and offer better breakfast. Sad thing is the hotel staff used to be very nice. Some of the newer ones really should not be working in hotels. If I were you, I'd pick some other place. — Laura , Singapore (2008-01-23) I hope you can take into consideration.
1) Lobby. Full of smokes and unpleasant smell. Hope to have better environment, clean from pollution.
2) Restaurant. Especially the morning breakfast, maybe can have something delicious and nice like toasted bread, hotdogs, eggs, fried rice, fried noodle, cereal, cornflake, coffee/tea, orange juice or milk.
To stand the quality of the hotel to be No.1 Cheap and Comfortable for tourists to stay happy and funky.
