Extremely disappointed. I tried to contact the hotel well in advance about a change in the reservation and got NO response. We had two seniors in our group, and we arrived at 6.00 a.m. in Jaipur. When we called the hotel about early check-in there was a negative response — not withstanding our pleas for a sick child in the group, we had to wait out until 12:30 to get a room. All requests regarding the change were completely ignored. The restroom facilities were poor at best...with a small mouse giving us company in the room. Any calls/inquiries about the manager/owner were not even answered. I WOULD NOT recommend this one!!!
