5 Hello! This is sebastian aitken from Chile, and I think that I had the best time of my life at the Windroad Guesthouse, Nice people who run that place, you get to meet the nicest people ever there. I am looking for ward to return. Good prices! Believe me! And The Captain, Mr. PArk, who owns this place is a very nice guy! Check em out!

4 I enjoyed my stay here. It was just for one night, between arriving at Incheon and travelling elsewhere in Korea, but the staff were friendly, as were the guests. I didn't realize a private room shared a bathroom, but it worked out fine. I found it quite easy to locate, but I didn't realize the door was the second one down until a few minutes after arriving. With a heavy bag it seemed kind of far from the subway, but do-able. I would stay here again!

4 I stayed there in March, and I had a great time. I found the facilities clean and all in working order. Never used the kitchen, but I could see that others did. I never felt like I was one of the family, but I certainly was left to my own devices with no trouble whatsoever. As for security, there was always someone on the premises, so I never worried about my belongings. I plan to stay there again in September, and recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a good, basic accommodation in a very convenient location.

5 This was my first trip travelling alone in a foreign country. It was really impressive. Windroad Guesthouse and people there are the reason.

1 I don't recommend anyone stay here!!! It was filthy — it's obvious that they don't clean the hostel. The bathroom and kitchen had old, crusty spit-out toothpaste on both sinks and the sheets needed to be washed. The garbage was never emptied. We were too scared to take a shower or use the toilet in the bathroom, so we didn't shower for two days!!! There was also an ant infestation. We will NEVER stay there, ever again!!! Also, we were not allowed to lock our door, so there's zero security. Anyone could have walked in off the street (since the outside gate doesn't even lock) and stolen our belongings. Please, do yourselves a favor and don't ever stay there! You'll be sorry if you do!!!
