This hotel looks nice, and the rooms are comfortable, but it is situated in a rough area of the town (where there are prostitutes and drunks hassling you about drugs at night). The reception staff were not helpful, and we were not able to get another other staff member to help us with our problems. They would not even give us a complaint book to log our problem, even though a sign on the wall said one was available. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for a safe or enjoyable stay. There are much nicer areas outside of Torremolinos town.
