I stayed in the little suite at the B&B Poeta for two weeks in October 2006 and used it as my homebase to explore the enchanting Euganean Hills and the nearby area of Friuli, my father's birthplace. It was an unforgettable experience, surpassing my expectations on all fronts. Luisa and Franco were truly the perfect hosts. They respected my privacy and at the same time were always there when I needed them for advice or assistance in my research as a food and travel writer, including making arrangements for me to visit small cottage industries, enjoy a meal together at an agriturismo, and spend a morning in a trattoria kitchen. I cannot recommend this B&B too highly. — Valerie Mitchell (2007-03-25) I cannot praise this B&B highly enough. Franco and Louisa go out of their way to make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. They provide excellent accommodations and breakfasts.
