Not what promised
Location is not that good as described. Noisy, drunken, stoned neighbours ruined the whole stay, police visited many times to cool them down. Breakfast was simply rubbish, no good value for the money. You can easily find same fare range real hotels in Darling Harbour or City Centre. The room smelled strange, the heater did not work. We had a twin room booked, but I ended up sleeping on the sofa. When checking out, the reception didn't even bother to call us a taxi, we had to wait for one on the street. I would not recommend this "hotel" to anybody.

I booked two nights before starting my trip and then stayed one more and returned again two weeks later because it was a very good place to stay. The rooms are bright and new looking and very comfortuble. Great city views from the balconies.This is an ideal location where I walked to Darling Harbour and all attractions and never used my rental car. Great food of all types within a few blocks. A very pleasent stay. I hope to return.
