4 This staff of this hotel were friendly and very helpful. While it is located off the beaten path, we found that we could walk to nearly anywhere. It is near a tram line and in a good neighborhood. If you don't want to stay near Central Station, this is for you. The rooms were small, but quaint. Cute overall. Try the Italian restaurant on the corner too...great value. Also, the front desk provides maps and details on all the places you should see...better than a guidebook!

1 This hotel would not adjust a New Year's reservation from five days to four, despite ten weeks' notice, and despite NEVER mentioning anywhere in its correspondence or web pages a "length of stay" policy. The customer's multiple polite efforts to resolve the problem were met with obstinate refusal, and even with the absurd claim that the customer should've known the (unpublicized) policy. The hotel took this stand despite knowing that the customer was critically inconvenienced and was at risk of not locating other suitable accommodation. The firmest caution is recommended to anyone considering a stay at this hotel.

3 I stayed in a room with two twin beds. The rooms are small. I did not have a bathroom in the room, only a washbasin. It's in a quiet area. The shower is in the same room with the toilets, with only a curtain separating the two. It's a drug-free environment. Breakfast is free; consisting of tea, a small variety of toast and crackers, a hard-boiled egg, and jam and butter. It's about a 30-40 minute walk from Central Station.
