When we arrived at this place I was glad we were only staying in Florence for one night. I wouldn't have been able to stay at this guest house any longer. The first thing that made me wary was its lack of a reception area. There was only a small desk in the middle of the hallway. Then we were taken to a room with a double bed and two small cots. Apparently we didn't pay enough for the double so we were assigned to the cots. Overall, the place was dark, unfriendly, and uncomfortable. I couldn't wait to get out of there. The only good thing was that the bathrooms were clean. — Amber (2004-07-24)
