The best No complains -- felt like a hotel! We were budget travelers, and this was such a nice break from dirty hostels. It even has a pool!!! George was so great and helped up organize four-wheeler rentals (he called the car rental company for us and had them come pick us up from the villa!). Would definitely stay here again. — Anonymous , Canada (2011-07-18) I stayed at Villa San Giogio for almost two weeks in September 2005. I originally planned to stay three nights. The hotel was clean, safe, affordable, and close to everything you need in Fira. I rented a moto each day and explored Santorini's villages and beaches. Each day I would talk with Dina, one of the hotel's wonderful managers -- she was very helpful, and gave me details about making my visit as authentic as possible. This was the friendliest place we stayed in 6 weeks backpacking Europe. The location was fabulous — literally a five-minute walk to nightlife, restaurants and the bus station. It was clean and our stuff was safe. George met us at the port at 4:30 in the morning to take us into town, free of charge! The hotel has easy access to EVERYTHING in the city, and George is very helpful in booking day trips, or even just giving tips on what to do and see.
