Disgusting and overpriced
It reeked of smoke, but the worst part was, after sleeping in the sheets and blankets provided, I saw huge blood and brown stains all over the blanket! I almost threw up. I did not complain, but only politely and nicely told the reception desk how I found this and I would like the bed changed. They were very rude and told me I must have done this (absolutely impossible), but they would not charge me, as if they were doing me the favor. Unless you want to catch a disease, do not stay here!

this pension was excellent, very clean, hospitable, quiet, safe. was in a great location. would definitely recommend this to friends and family.

This place is terrible. I have been in many places in Europe so I know that things aren't as large as they are in the US, but the room we had in this "hotel" was ridiculous. There was barely enough room to walk around. Also, it reeked of smoke even though smoking is supposedly not allowed in the rooms, and there was construction being done to the outside so the building was encased in plastic. To be fair though, I realize it will not always be covered in plastic so take that for what it's worth. If nothing else, the location is good as it is directly across from the Hauptbahnhof. Stay here as a very last resort; there are nicer places just across the street.
