This place was ok. The rooms were large, bright and clean (with a shower en suite!). The staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is also great (less than a 10-minute walk to the train station, Vielle Nice, and the beach). But there wasn't any lobby, or common room. I didn't see another guest the whole time I was there. The breakfast was also pretty expensive. I probably wouldn't stay here again, but you could definitely do far worse.

I stayed with my girlfriend in a double room with a kind of boring view over some roofs (which I didn't mind at all, by the way), but the hotel was really nice. We payed 69,40 Euro per night. Our room was cleaned every day and the people at the desk were really nice and helped us out a lot. I didn't try their breakfast. We went down to the local boulangerie on the corner and bought a baguette and some ham, cheese and salad in the supermarket nearby. We saved a lot money that way, but we couldn't have done it though if we hadn't had a refrigerator in our room! We also really loved the big fan in the ceiling! If you want to see Nice and the other beautiful little cities in the area, it's a perfect place to stay. Both the train station, the bus station, the city center, the old city, the promenade and and the main street with all it's shopping possibilities are within walking distance.
