5  When I came to England I was by myself, and I had some terrible problems. My family called from the States and found me this hotel. This hotel was great, and the people who worked here were AMAZING! Cherif took me under his wing and made sure I was okay. He showed me where things were, told me about England, taught me some history, and really looked out for me. The girl at the desk (I forget her name) was great, too. They were getting ready to renovate the hotel, because it's older and worn. But for the price it was superb. It had running water, cable, a comfortable bed, and breakfast in the morning. Thank you, Cherif and staff!!!!  ()
1  This is the most terrible place I have ever been in. Dirty, unpleasant, uncomfortable, disgusting, with an awful smell!!! Avoid this if you can.  ()
