Location	Just 45 minutes by taxi from Noi Bai international airport, 10 minutes driving from train station, 5 minutes walking from Hoan Kiem Lake you will reach our hotel at No 29 Hang Hom str, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi. 1. Arriving from Noi Bai airport: You can contact us in advance for a pick-up otherwise you just take a taxi at the airport for 15 USD. If you use taxi, please make sure to ask the driver to take you to the right address. 2. Arriving from Hanoi train station: The easiest way to come to our hotel is taking a taxi in front of the train station and come to the right address (2.5 km). 3. Arriving from bus stops: there are different bus stops (depending on the bus company you buy tickets), therefore you should take a taxi and come to the right address.

From the first moment in dealing with this hotel the service was beyond excellent. Prior to the trip, all emails were dealt with promptly and effificiently. The staff spoke excellent English, bent over backwards to help in any way they could, including recommending and booking restaurants for dinner. The staff also all had a great sense of humour. Every part of our stay here was excellent from making an enquiry, airport collection, the room and the staff.We should say at the outset that we are not young people looking for a backpacker type hotel.
