Loved it! This hotel is great, we were put in the other building just round the corner. Beautiful (small) twin room and en-suite (cleaned to perfection). Excellent breakfast. It's pretty easy to find but you do need a map as Venice is a bit daunting at first due to all the little alleyways and turn offs but you soon get used to it. There is a very nice Tapas bar just a few doors down for the evening too. I would recommend this place and stay there again myself. — Gina , UK (2008-09-11)

I would recommend this place to *anyone* considering a stay in Venice. It is a very clean and convenient place to stay. The breakfast is not too shabby, either. The only weird thing was trying to find the place. There aren't huge blinking signs pointing to Calle del Pistor. It is a VERY narrow street (In fact, I'd call it an alleyway. "Street" is absolutely not the right word) and it's isn't too clear from the Accademia stop where it is exactly. You have to cross a couple bridges on the canal to get to Calle del Pistor. I would take the Zattere stop or just walk to it and follow the directions. Once you find the door, buzz in and make your way to the fifth floor, I think. The elevator is VERY tiny and you have to keep your finger on the button to get to the right floor. My room was in the same building where the breakfast was served on Tolletta. The bathroom was across the hall and there was a safe inside the room. All in all, I got my 59 euros worth for a very nice single, and once I got my bearings straight (which is freaking hard in this city!) I found it to be an awesomely located place. Wake up early and book it to Accademia bridge and just take in the sights at its top!!! — Boneman (2004-12-07)
