July 2006
I stayed here for three nights in my second trip across Europe, and loved it. The tents were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Yes, it is a little out of the way (five minutes by shuttle/bus to Deiva Marina station and then a couple of stops to CT, takes half hour more or less) and it is true that most of the guests were middle aged or maybe older, (still there were several backpackers around) but this place was very peaceful and the staff were very friendly, every single one of them. There is a nice little market and a little cafe serving drinks and pizza, inside the camping place, but they turn off the lights a little early. Still, I would definitely go back there, and I recommend it to everyone who enjoys a little peace and quiet. (If you're a party animal you may get bored.)

August 2004
I just visited in August 2004. There are nice poeople working there, but it's not so close to the C.T. It's a 15-minute shuttle bus and then 15 minutes on the train. Don't try to drive--it's too long. It's a family place, with big tents for 2 and not so dirty bathrooms. They have a bar that closes at 1 a.m. and ping pong. It's ok because it's cheap, but try to find something closer.
