Spacious apartment with large Mediterranean garden and a wonderful view of the sea, Split and the surrounding islands

This spacious apartment on the ground floor with 120 m² living space can accommodate up to 12 persons and is situated in the heart of middle Dalmatia between Split and Trogir near the Adriatic Sea. It is a peaceful and quiet accommodation with a large Mediterranean garden and no direct neighbors. You enjoy a wonderful panoramic view. Terrace and balcony overlook the Mediterranean Sea, Split and the surrounding nearby islands Brac, Hvar and Ciovo. This is the right place for those who want to enjoy the Mediterranean climate surrounded by peace and quiet.

The property has 4 separate bedrooms with 2 double beds, 4 single beds and 4 extra beds, if necessary. There are 2 bathrooms with 3 toilets, 2 showers and a bath tub. The kitchen is well equipped with oven, fridge and freezer,dish washer, gas cooker,coffee maker, stove, electric kettle and a microwave. There is an air-conditioned large living room with a comfortable 7-person sofa and a TV set. Internet access (WLAN) is free, flat rate and available. You have a separate dining area with a large table and 8 chairs.

Outside there are 4 free and private parking spaces. You can relax on the terrace which is equipped with garden furniture, a large table, 8 chairs and surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden with a size of 2000 m².

The apartment is only 1000 meters from the beach and the sea and 1000 meters from the old town center with bank, postal office, ambulance, marina and big shopping centers nearby. You can visit the UNESCO towns Split and Trogir which are only ten and twenty minutes away. Restaurants offer Croatian domestic food at favorable prices.

The apartment is only 1000 meters from 2 local beaches and 1000 meters from the old town centre with bank, postal office, ambulance, Marina Kaštela and big shopping centres. You can visit three UNESCO towns nearby. Split and Trogir are only ten and twenty minutes away, while to visit Šibenik you need one hour by car. There are 3 large shopping places nearby (Getro, Lidl, Interspar) and you will find that restaurants offer Croatian domestic food at favourable prices.
